Event Planning: Are you planning an event but wouldn’t like to be bothered with all the knotty issues of general logistics, creating budgets and coordinating with vendors?

Then you are at the right place! LUM Events provides a wide variety of options to help you make your event a success. The breakdown is as follows:

  • L package: this is an hourly consultation service where celebrant needs advice and on one or two main issues they need help with. Activities could include assist to find good venues, photographers, creating a budget etc. Please contact for personalized quote and pricing
  • U Package: involvement begins about a month leading up to the day of event. Ideally, the client would have handled most of their arrangements, so this service is to coordinate and manage the day of- schedule and ensure everything is on track. Please contact for personalized quote and pricing.
  • M Package: Full service event planning service where the client gets full hands on professional service from the beginning of the planning right up till the day of the event – typically 6-9months. The activities include locating the event Venue; Create event budget; Create an event day timeline; Find and recommend vendors that match client’s style and budget; Review and negotiate vendor contracts; Manage guest lists and RSVPs; Plan pre & post event parties if any and so much more; Create seating chart for reception; if it’s a wedding, direct the wedding rehearsal; Purchase party favours; Design event look/theme; Accompany client on vendor appointments; Coordinate announcements; Plan honeymoon (if it’s a wedding); constant email and telephone communication; Oversee all day-of event activities. PRIVATE CELEBRATIONS – Are you planning a birthday party, anniversary, milestone, baby or bridal shower? Relax! We got you covered!
